We’re missing out on some greats.

New Review: 2 years later. Put in 2 songs and 2 hours later they still don’t play inside a bar that has few patrons. This is a fraud app. —————————- Original Review: I put in a number of songs and they didn’t play for over 2 hours. The app does not tell you how far back in the in the queue, your songs are. Thus you have no idea if they will play while you are at the bar or restaurant.

I’ve been using this app for over a year and would love a feature to recall my songs if I’m leaving the place I played them. Most songs are 2 credits and I’m willing to lose a credit to not hear my song. Like if you recall a song, you lose a credit. One credit recalls zero, two credits recall one, three credit plays recall two credits. You know? I don’t want to lose all of my credit because the bar closes or I leave before all of my songs play. But I’m ok for some credit loss for over playing. Please make this a feature to let us do take backs!

Before you got rewards for the amount of songs you had played. They took that away. You also used to get fast passes based on your status. That was taken away. Now if you have played a song, it won’t let you fast pass that same song. Why wouldn’t you let customers move up their songs in the fast past list of people keep skipping them. I was able to get two fast pass songs a day because of the status I had made and now I don’t get any. Why does the new update add a bunch of songs to my favorite list I never added? Why does it add “favorite artist” I never selected? Update was made for the worst, not to resolve common issues.

It’s just the best

Don’t like the fact I spend all this money for playing music and then someone can spend more money and play their music! And then I never get to hear my songs!

Find a way to integrate with all appppps and all songs!

So fun to control the vibe at my favorite bar and play my favorite songs from the comfort of my seat using the App. I can't wait for all the new features to roll out, especially social features that will let me meet other people at the bar with similar music tastes. This App is going to go viral for sure. I am excited to use my credits to pay for other in venue amusements like Bullshooter darts. TouchTunes is awesome!

It’s nIce to be able play/ control music at different locations. 5 stars once they are able to find all/more songs.

When clicking on a song it used to take two clicks to pay extra to push your song ahead. Now they’ve updated it to just a one click button, put it directly under the regular par button, and made it shiny. So, if you’re quickly just trying to play a song mid conversation or otherwise slightly distracted, you are more than likely going to push the faster play button even if nothing else is playing on the jukebox. It’s deceitful at best and a dubious way to steal people’s money.

Love TouchTunes! They have Classic rock and roll to Colombian salsa and everything in between!!

Expect to loose many credits and not expect songs to be played when you play normal or skipped credits.

Outstanding app, highest recommendation

I used to be able to play my whole playlist with a couple buttons…. Can’t figure out how to do it on the new app!

Why did you have to take away the discounted fast plays. That’s ridiculous!!! Now you make the menu look like Spotify. Looking at the queue I hard to read. After I finish my coins I will not using this app again until they bring back the original tier discounts.

Before last update I had a 5.00 credit. A week s as go Sunday I was charged 28.00 of which I only received 21.00 worth of credits please resolve

I dislike the new update. While it’s nice you can now see all songs in queue, I’ve spent enough over the years to have unlocked the two fast passes at a guaranteed two credits. I feel the new rewards system pales in comparison

Love the review that said it seems like it’s just canned responses and he got another canned response… used to like this app.

I’ve had the app for years on old phone, no problems, new phone and it shows my history but won’t allow credit card purchases like before. My friend is having the same problem.

The new format takes some getting used to, I like going to my favorite artists first, a page that lists all of go to choices would be great! Thanks !

I can get drunk and listen to tunes

Was hoping the app gives you more options to pay + visiblity. It does give you more options to pay. But similar to the units themselves, you can’t see a queue until you pay. It’s honestly a huge scam considering a significant amount of their revenue comes from high volume bars. And the minimum Apple Pay amount is $7. You’d think the visiblity would increase love the love for the units. I don’t know

I use TouchTunes often. Just noticed with this recent update my credits went missing! I can no longer play music at my old locations! I used to be able to play music at old locations often for friends of mine! Those locations are now gone!! Normally this wouldn’t bother me but the missing credits is not ok! I had at least 14 credits that are now MIA!!

So many times I leave credits, and they always seem to go to 0 a week to 2 weeks later. Then there’s no way to even try and see where they’re supposedly went so you can contest the disappearance.

The new app is horrible. The fast track and play list is so off that there are times when you pay to play a song and it doesn’t play. The worst part is not being able to share credits with regulars. Now I have to pass my phone around to “share” with my customers. Return that function please. It’s nice to “reward” a customer who gives us business every day. By giving them a couple songs to play. Otherwise why have the weekly credits? So many complains as well. Other app was very easy to work with and “one touch” ability. This new app is not user friendly.

The app should make songs play for at least a minute to ensure the dj experience

Everyone…literally EVERYONE I know, absolutely despises the update. It is complete trash. SO MANY things were better before and you have ruined it. Bring back the old TouchTunes!

Paid $4 for a song to be played next, then proceeds to prioritize other peoples music before mine. Fast que is a scam
