AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give zero stars if I could! I was charged twice for credits I could not and still can not use, I only received an error screen for the ONE attempt I tried to purchase credits. No response to my complaint via email or Twitter. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
